Annual membership fee is $70, of which $20 is chapter dues and $50 is national dues.

Q. Is it necessary to join the NRHS national organization if I only want to support the Wisconsin Chapter?
A. As a chapter of the National Railway Historical Society, we strongly encourage membership in the national. In fact, a provision in the national bylaws stipulates that you cannot be considered a member of a chapter without national membership. This means that people who maintain memberships in the national NRHS and the chapter are full Chapter members. These full members have a voice in chapter business, may vote for chapter board and officers, and may run for elected chapter office. There are many benefits to national membership, which you may explore at www.nrhs.com. However, if you wish to not affiliate with the national, we would gladly accept your support. You'd become a part of our community, and would receive Sparks & Cinders delivered to your door. Simply leave the NRHS national member number field blank.
